DJ Orawan is a Drum 'n' Bass DJ from Bangkok, Thailand and is recognised as one of the best in the Asian region. Her musical style blends traditional and modern Thai music elements to create a unique and passionate musical experience.
Orawan started performing in 2009 when she noticed a lack of drum 'n' bass music in the Bangkok music scene. To fill this gap, she decided to start DJing herself. Despite her lack of experience, she quickly mastered the skills and began to establish herself in the local music scene.
Bassclef is her brand, named after the bass part in drum 'n' bass music. At Bassclef parties, she combines drum 'n' bass with other electronic music genres such as jungle and dubstep. Her music is popular among the local youth and is bringing new vitality to the local music scene.
As well as performing in Thailand, Orawan has also performed in other parts of Asia and at music festivals in Europe, such as Outlook in the UK and Roskilde in Sweden. Her goal is to bring Thai music culture to the world and continue to develop her music career.
